The function of the linear vibrating screen is to grade, filter and remove impurities. Two vibrating motors are used as the excitation source to make the material jump straight on the screen surface and enter the screen surface evenly. Various specifications of materials are produced through multiple layers of rectangular screens and discharged from various outlets.

The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and counter-rotating, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks offset each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis and overlap into a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the exciting force and the self-weight of the material, the material is thrown up and jumps forward on the screen surface to move in a straight line, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material.

Advantages and characteristics of linear vibrating screen

Conclusion

Linear vibrating screen is mainly used for dry and wet screening or dehydration, de-intermediation and de-sludge of medium and fine particle materials. It is suitable for processing granular materials with large output requirements and not too high precision.

Linear vibrating screen is suitable for screening and grading of powdery and granular materials in coal, hydropower, mining, building materials, chemical industry, fertilizer and other industries.
