Preparation before starting

  • Carefully check whether all fasteners are tightened and no loosening occurs.
  • Check whether the oil in the reducer meets the standard requirements.

Maintenance and use

  1. Feeding can only start after the feeder is operating normally.
  2. Feeding should be uniform and continuous, and there should be no jamming.
  3. Feeding should be stopped before stopping, and the machine can be stopped only after the material on the disc is completely discharged.
  4. The oil in the reducer should be replaced about once every six months.

Conclusion

The  disc feeder is a volumetric metering vibrating feeder。The equipment can feed the material to the next process uniformly and continuously, and is suitable for feeding non-sticky materials such as ore, coal powder, cement, clinker, limestone, etc. in powder, granular or small pieces. It is not suitable for feeding materials with high viscosity, difficult to flow or particularly good fluidity.
