ZWS-type Static Vibrating Screen

The vibrating system is designed to work in a near-resonance state, which can achieve the required working parameters with a small driving force and save energy.
In addition, the screen surface vibrates at high frequency, with an amplitude of 1-4mm, which can reach 8-10 times the acceleration of gravity, which is 2-4 times the vibration intensity of general screening equipment, so it does not block the screen holes, the screen surface has the strong self-cleaning ability, and the screening With high efficiency and large processing capacity, it is very suitable for the screening of fine particle materials, and the processing capacity of 4 square meters is about 200 tons.
The screening efficiency is within 60%, and if the concentration is adjusted properly, it can reach more than 80%.

Five Operation Precautions for ZWS-type Static Vibrating Screen
- Operation Precaution 1: When the Static Vibrating Screen is running, its vibrating part must not be connected or contacted with any object outside the machine.
- Operation Precaution 2: When feeding the material, it should be fed in the width direction of the entire sieve body at the feed inlet to ensure the uniform distribution of the material on the sieve surface. When the material falls, there must be no big impact, so as not to damage the screen.
- Operation Precaution 3: Before starting and stopping the Static Vibrating Screen, there must be no remaining materials on the screen.
- Operation Precaution 4: If there is an abnormal sound during the operation of the equipment, it should be shut down immediately for inspection, and the machine can be turned on after troubleshooting.
- Operation Precaution 5: The sieve grid should be taken out frequently, and regularly check whether the sieve surface is damaged or uneven, whether the sieve hole is blocked, etc.
