Bucket elevator is a type of mechanical conveying equipment commonly used to convey powder, granular, block and other materials in the vertical direction. In the industrial and agricultural production of grain, oil, feed, storage, etc., bucket elevators are used for batching and transportation, which significantly improves production efficiency.
However, during use, the bucket elevator also needs to pay attention to some matters to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and prolong its service life. The following will introduce in detail the matters needing attention during the lifting process of the bucket elevator.
Three points for attention in the lifting process of bucket elevator
Installation and inspection of bucket elevator
The installation position of the machine should meet the requirements of the equipment. The installation of the bucket elevator should be level and firm, and the machine base should be installed on the concrete foundation.
After the machine is installed, it should be adjusted and checked. The inspection content includes whether the electrical system is normal, whether the appearance is in good condition, and whether the gap between the bucket wheel and the bucket has the specified clearance, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The bucket elevator start
Pay attention to the running direction of the equipment when starting up, and do not reverse the running direction of the equipment.
Before starting, it is necessary to check whether all protective devices are complete. If the operation is affected due to the lack of protective devices, the operation should be stopped and repaired.
Operation of Bucket Elevator
- The operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and do not operate in violation of regulations or overstep.
- In order to keep the equipment safe, the specified bucket capacity must not be exceeded. When starting the equipment, it must be ensured that the bucket elevator is running under no-load conditions, and the load operation must not be performed until it is in normal operation.
- The operator must be next to the equipment and monitor the operation of the equipment at any time. Once a problem is found, it should be shut down immediately to troubleshoot.
- Limit the rated load capacity. The bucket elevator has its rated working load range, and it must not be operated with overload, otherwise it will seriously damage its key components.
Bucket elevators need to pay attention to many aspects during the lifting process. To ensure the safety and long-term service life of the equipment, the operator needs to follow the operating specifications and perform maintenance and repairs to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment.
