With the development of automatic production operation requirements, the application scope of auxiliary equipment in ore production lines is becoming wider and wider. Vibrating feeders and belt conveyors are two of the most important connecting equipment. They have certain similarities, and can be matched with processing equipment according to the process needs to form a rhythmic assembly line. But they are very different in terms of use, structural composition, working principle, etc.
A vibrating conveyor is mainly composed of a vibration exciter, a bearing groove, the main vibration spring, and a frame.
The carrier is a trough-shaped or tubular vibrating trough. During the vibration process, energy is transferred to the material to make a continuous throwing motion along the conveying direction. The carrier is a vibrating body and needs to have sufficient rigidity and strength. The vibration-damping support device is both a support device for the whole machine and a vibration-damping device.
The shape, length, and width of vibrating conveyor trays are almost limitless. Feeder trays can be ordered with custom designs to satisfy the process application and material being conveyed, including flat, curved, vee-channel, and tubular designs. Intermediate discharge slide gates can be incorporated into some designs to allow for multiple discharge points along the tray length.
